Todd co-founded Adrian Collaborative with his wife Jacqi in December 2010,  organizing as an LLC in June 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a graduate certificate in sustainable development and master’s degree in natural resources from Oregon State University, a graduate certificate in sustainable transportation from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University. ­­Todd applies over 30 years of experience in communications, public involvement, and transportation consulting to lead the team’s professional services. He enjoys supporting local eateries around Duluth, hiking, making creative meals and coffee drinks, public speaking and training, mentoring younger professionals, traveling with his family, and following UNC sports. 

Jacqi co-founded Adrian Collaborative with her husband Todd in December 2010,  organizing as an LLC in June 2011. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from North Georgia College and State University and a master’s degree in education from Walden University. ­­­Jacqi started her career in the field of education and has since developed expertise to lead financial, human resources, and professional development roles as well as the firm’s training services. She enjoys drinking a great cup of coffee, traveling to both mountains and beaches, and baking amazing treats for the Adrian team.
